WorkWise, a leading ERP and CRM software developer, announced today the release of its CRM application, OnContact CRM 10.5. The latest release builds upon its predecessor, OnContact CRM 10.4, featuring the OnContact CRM customer portal, which provides CRM data and resources for external client usage. CRM 10.5 also includes merge document setup, as well as enhancements with the application designers, customization workspaces and saved searches, which gives users a personalized CRM experience.
OnContact’s new customer portal promotes customer engagement and is designed to manage customer service requests and provide self-help. It improves upon its previous version with increased account security and user-friendly appeal. The portal also provides access to limited CRM data, designed to educate users on their software. Additional portal features include the ability to improve customer service with a sample portal workspace complete with summary information regarding customer service requests.
The Merge Document Setup defines Word merge documents for contacts and companies. Generate documents for one or more targets, increasing user productivity and quickly completing work tasks. Sample Word templates including cover letters and labels are provided, giving users a visual of how potential documents look beforehand.

- Application Designers, which is now part of the Form Fields can be rearranged and edited.
- Customization workspace contains tools used to alter the application. It also includes its own dashboard.
- Saved searches is an option that has been added to the Setup workspace for managing the ownership of Saved Searches.
- Upgrade utility is the process of updating the CRM application to newer versions, has been enhanced to provide unattended and seamless upgrades.
