We are currently searching for a high-energy, achievement-driven individual, who has a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.  A Support Analyst will lead our customers through the issue they are having with the software products with a high degree of satisfaction.  You need to leverage your excellent written & oral communication skills, ability to establish good working relationships internally at WorkWise and with our customers and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful issue resolution.
