Wayne Wedell

Wayne has spent his professional career in the ERP and CRM industries. Out of college Wayne joined EMS (Effective Management Systems), a newly formed company that developed ERP software solutions. EMS grew rapidly and in 1994 went public on the NASDAQ exchange where Wayne was Vice President of Services and an Officer of the company. EMS was acquired by IFS in 1999 and Wayne was named the National Director of Services and headed up global initiatives for IFS. Upon the formation of WorkWise in 2001, a newly created ERP software company, Wayne was named President and CEO. Since 2001, Wayne has been directing the leadership and growth of WorkWise. Wayne was instrumental in two acquisitions made by WorkWise; IBS, a firm that developed web applications and OnContact CRM, a leading CRM application. WorkWise has been named a Top Workplace for the past 9 years by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Wayne graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a double major in MIS and Marketing and has been a member of the Vistage Executive Organization for the past 15 years. He also serves on an advisory board for a leading process automation software company.
