Manufacturing/Financial Software Consultant

We are currently searching for a Manufacturing/Financial Software Consultant due to business growth.  This position guides our customers through the use, implementation and project management of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction.

This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes and project management plus a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. This position requires excellent written & oral communication skills, the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide variety of people and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful implementation. This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn WorkWise software applications
  • Ability to “team implement” by working collaboratively with other consulting resources
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed project goals and billing quotas
  • Ability to analyze a manufacturer’s operations relative to their ERP requirements and manage a project plan to implement WorkWise solutions
  • Must be effective in communicating and meeting with customer’s C-level executives
  • Understand and provide consultation in areas of accounting, supply chain management, material & labor planning, shop scheduling, cost & general accounting and ecommerce
  • Understand relational data bases, data mining techniques and report writing
  • Flexible work hours and some travel is required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience with (Manufacturing/Accounting) business processes
  • 3+ years experience working with ERP Systems
  • Formal education in the areas of Accounting/Manufacturing principles (APICS is a plus)
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation & goal completion skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Some high-level programming knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience with WorkWise ERP or EMS TCM products is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Senior Accounting Specialist

We are currently searching for a full-time Senior Accounting Specialist.  The right candidate will meet the position criteria and be a high-energy, achievement-driven professional who enjoys being part of a winning environment.  We also offer flexible schedule opportunities and the potential to work from home up to 2 days per week after 6 months of employment.

This position will report to the Director of Finance.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage invoicing process of orders with multiple deliverables (software & services)
  • Maintaining & reconciling of subscription-based & other deferred revenue streams
  • Reconcile the company bank operating account as a backup, as assigned
  • Analysis of various GL Accounts as needed
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare & record manual journal entries as needed
  • Sales/Use Tax filings
  • Various duties assigned by the Director of Finance

Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least 3 years of accounting experience (public or industry)
  • Must be highly detail oriented & possess strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Proven process-improvement skills within the workplace
  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting
  • Prefer accounting experience with a software/technology organization
  • Must have a strong understanding of US GAAP, accrual-based accounting & multiple element contracts
  • Must possess strong Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, etc)
  • Must have a passion to learn, and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Strong time & task management

Application and Documentation Specialist

Position responsibilities include software documentation writing, quality assurance tasks, and maintenance of local and hosted environments.

This position will report to the Product Manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and maintain installation, configuration, user guides and online help for line of business applications
  • Follow consistent writing style standards and guidelines across documentation materials
  • Provide input into software documentation methods and collaborate in the creation of training materials
  • Assist with software quality assurance, including user acceptance and maintenance regression testing
  • Develop and document test plans and help manage defects

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
  • Must have a passion to learn, and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, editing and communication skills
  • Enjoy writing software documentation and testing
  • Experience in object-oriented programming, .Net and SQL is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software or other business applications is a plus

Support Center Manager

We have an immediate opening for our Support Center Manager and the position is based out of our headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide exemplary Support Center leadership resulting in high staff morale and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop objectives for the Support Center’s day-to-day activities
  • Plan resource utilization to maximize productivity of people and technology
  • Hire, coach, and train personnel to achieve high customer services standards
  • Evaluate performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor response time, disposition to other teams, resolution time, etc.
  • Prepare analysis for Executive Management Team
  • Professional and timely interaction with WorkWise customers, including executives
  • Gain knowledge of WorkWise ERP and CRM applications
  • Set and measure goals for customer satisfaction ratings
  • Manage to the guidelines of the WorkWise Service Level Agreement
  • Available to provide leadership to Support Center during hours of 7am and 6pm
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent customer care skills and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Customer care experience, including working directly with customers to resolve complex issues
  • Knowledge of performance and customer service metrics
