Marketing Assistant

The WorkWise Marketing Assistant will assist in efforts to advance our company brand, product content, website search ranking, campaigns and social media communication in support of our integrated marketing goals. The right candidate will be a talented and creative content creator with a love for writing and a comprehensive understanding of our industries. This role requires exceptional written communication skills, creativity, organization and time management skills. The right candidate will also have experience managing social media accounts and implementing strategies to grow an online community.

This position will report to the WorkWise Marketing Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Research and write a variety of search engine optimized content to improve company’s SEO efforts (including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, ebooks, guides, customer success stories, press releases, etc.).
  • Build and manage company’s social media presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and any additional channels deemed relevant.
  • Grow an online community through monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry.
  • Assist in WordPress website content management and design.
  • Support marketing campaigns and assist with graphic design projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO and social media marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us competitive.
  • Support various responsibilities pertaining to company’s biennial customer conference.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as determined by manager.

Qualifications/Skills Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design or other related degree.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Understanding of available tools, platforms and opportunities in the social media space
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management, creativity, organization and goal completion skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to learn new programs and problem-solve
  • Ability to complete tasks with high quality
  • Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and PowerPoint a bonus.

Application and Documentation Specialist

We are currently searching for an Application and Documentation Specialist.  The right candidate will meet the position criteria and be a high-energy, achievement-driven, entry level professional who enjoys being part of a winning environment. Position responsibilities include software documentation writing, quality assurance tasks, and maintenance of local and hosted environments.

This position will report to the Product Manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and maintain installation, configuration, user guides and online help for line of business applications
  • Follow consistent writing style standards and guidelines across documentation materials
  • Provide input into software documentation methods and collaborate in the creation of training materials
  • Assist with software quality assurance, including user acceptance and maintenance regression testing
  • Develop and document test plans and help manage defects

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
  • Must have a passion to learn, and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, editing and communication skills
  • Enjoy writing software documentation and testing
  • Experience in object-oriented programming, .Net and SQL is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software or other business applications is a plus

Manufacturing Software Consultant

We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Software Consultant due to business growth. This position guides our customers through the use, implementation and project management of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction. This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes and project management plus a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. This position requires excellent written & oral communication skills, the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide variety of people and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful implementation. This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn WorkWise software applications.
  • Ability to “team implement” by working collaboratively with other consulting resources.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed project goals and billing quotas.
  • Ability to analyze a manufacturer’s operations relative to their ERP requirements and manage a project plan to implement WorkWise solutions.
  • Must be effective in communicating and meeting with customer’s C-level executives
  • Understand and provide consultation in areas of accounting, supply chain management, material & labor planning, shop scheduling, cost & general accounting and ecommerce.
  • Understand relational data bases, data mining techniques and report writing.
  • Flexible work hours and some travel is required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience with (Manufacturing/Accounting) business processes
  • 3+ years experience working with ERP Systems
  • Formal education in the areas of Accounting/Manufacturing principles (APICS is a plus)
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation & goal completion skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Some high level programming knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience with WorkWise ERP or EMS TCM products is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
