Financial/Manufacturing ERP Implementation Consultant

We are currently searching for a Financial/Manufacturing ERP Implementation Consultant due to business growth.  This position guides our customers through the use, implementation and project management of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction.

This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes and project management plus a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. This position requires excellent written & oral communication skills, the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide variety of people and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful implementation. This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn WorkWise software applications
  • Ability to “team implement” by working collaboratively with other consulting resources
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed project goals and billing quotas
  • Ability to analyze a manufacturer’s operations relative to their ERP requirements and manage a project plan to implement WorkWise solutions
  • Must be effective in communicating and meeting with customer’s C-level executives
  • Understand and provide consultation in areas of accounting, supply chain management, material & labor planning, shop scheduling, cost & general accounting and ecommerce.
  • Understand relational data bases, data mining techniques and report writing.
  • Flexible work hours and some travel is required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience with (Manufacturing/Accounting) business processes
  • 3+ years experience working with ERP Systems
  • Formal education in the areas of Accounting/Manufacturing principles (APICS is a plus)
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation & goal completion skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Some high-level programming knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience with WorkWise ERP or EMS TCM products is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Project Manager

We are currently searching for a high-energy, achievement-driven individual, who has a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.  A Project Manager will lead our customers through the implementation of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction.

This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes, ERP/CRM software solutions and project management.  Key to this role is your ability to communicate at the executive level to articulate value, inspire and lead your customers to successful implementations.  As a result, you will drive effective use of WorkWise products and identify opportunities to deliver additional services. You need to leverage your excellent written & oral communication skills, ability to establish good working relationships internally at WorkWise and with our customers and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful implementation.

This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

  • Successfully manage customer implementations within defined scope and budgets
  • Serve as customer trusted advisor to drive use of WorkWise solutions in their businesses
  • Advocate for customer needs within WorkWise organization

Software Engineer

This position will report to the Application Development Manager for ERP.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop new or existing application components for an ERP application
  • Modify database structure for the application database
  • Test and deploy applications and systems
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Improve existing software
  • Provide technical support to the Services team regarding core application design and functionality
  • Work with team members to share knowledge and guidance as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree of computer engineering, computer science with focus on software development or applied math
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Experience in object-oriented programming, .NET including C#/Winform/WPF/WCF and Nhibernate ORM
  • Experience of MS T-SQL and SSRS on MS SQL Server platform
  • Familiarity of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience with ERP business applications is a plus
  • Experience with Asp.Net Core is a plus
  • Experience with Synergex DBL programming is a plus

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of OnContact CRM to new accounts
  • Ensuring that there are enough qualified revenue opportunities in the pipeline at any time
  • Development and execution of targeted marketing efforts and campaigns
  • Development of business relationships with other influencers in the marketplace
  • Demonstrate OnContact CRM to prospective clients
  • Maintain all required activity, sales opportunity and contact management reporting to WorkWise Management utilizing WorkWise OnContact CRM and sales processes
  • Manage relationship with assigned customer accounts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and defined goals
  • Knowledge/understanding of WorkWise products and offerings

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2+ successful years of CRM or software technology sales experience
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills to generate leads
  • Ability to sell over phone, web and in person
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous sales cycles with multiple buying influences
  • Ability to “team sell” by working collaboratively with other WorkWise resources and leading the selling team through the process
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Strong time management skills with an enthusiastic can-do attitude!
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with “solution selling” methods and processes including utilization of a CRM to manage sales opportunities and activities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Total compensation package includes salary and incentive compensation based on actual sales results.
