We are currently searching for a high-energy, achievement-driven individual, who enjoys being part of a winning environment. A WorkWise Finance Software Consultant will guide our customers through the use, implementation and project management of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction.

This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes along with a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. Excellent written & oral communication skills are required along with the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide variety of people. This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyze a manufacturer’s operations relative to their ERP requirements and manage a project plan to implement WorkWise solutions according to the WorkWise Implementation Methodology
  • Provide our customers with training and guidance on the setup and use of our products
  • Understand and provide consultation in areas of cost and general accounting
  • Provide troubleshooting, resolution and recommendations to customer on implementation issues
  • Ability to “team implement” by working collaboratively with other consulting resources
  • Interact with all areas of WorkWise organization (Call Center, R&D, Sales) to provide support and resolution to customer needs
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed project goals and billing quotas
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Flexible work hours and travel is required

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5+ years experience with (Manufacturing / General Accounting) business processes
  • 5+ years experience working with ERP Systems
  • Education and/or certification in Mfg / Accounting related principles (APICS and/or CPA is a plus)
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation & goal completion skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Must be effective in communicating and meeting with customer’s C-level executives
  • Provide a high degree of customer service
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined to estimate work and meet deadlines
  • Some high level programming knowledge is a plus
  • Understand relational data bases, data mining techniques and report writing
  • Previous experience with WorkWise / EMS / TCM / RB-ERP products is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
